Personal
I have been a Fremont resident for over twenty years. My two sons were raised and educated in Fremont. They are attending UC Berkeley and UC Davis respectively.
Contributing to my expertise is a masters degree and extensive experience in sales and marketing for several high-tech Silicon Valley firms.
I am fluent in Mandarin and was a part-time Chinese language teacher in the Fremont Community for over ten years.
A member of Bay East Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, Chinese-American Real Estate Association, and South Bay Chinese Club.
I am also dedicating part of my time as the Vice-President and active board member of 'East Bay Depot for Creative Re-Use': a non-profit organization educating teachers and students how to re-use materials creatively before recycle and landfill.
